Saudi Post Logistics

Government operated postal service in Saudi Arabia.

In collaboration with Future Workshops, I led the complete redesign of the Saudi Post Logistics (SPL) website and designed their first-ever mobile applications for both iOS and Android.

This end-to-end project involved reimagining the user experience across platforms—transforming legacy systems into modern, intuitive digital products that brought SPL’s logistics services in line with the needs of a rapidly evolving, mobile-first user base in Saudi Arabia.

/stage 1: web

I designed website with a responsive approach, ensuring seamless usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The layout and interaction patterns were carefully adapted to each screen size, prioritising accessibility, and a consistent user experience—whether customers were tracking parcels on-the-go or managing shipments from a desktop interface.

When the user is logged in, on the Home page they have easy access to notifications, shipment stats, and available services.

Users are able to track their deliveries in realtime.

/stage 2: iOS

Following the website, we transitioned to designing the iPhone app—focusing on streamlining key tasks like shipment preparation and parcel tracking. The goal was to deliver a faster, more accessible mobile experience.

I had fun creating this splash-to-login animation for a smooth, engaging transition into the app.

/stage 3: android

Lastly, we rolled out the Android app, thoughtfully adapted from the iOS version to maintain consistency while catering to platform-specific needs.
